Got Milk?

ROLE

Creative direction, on-camera talent, shoot, edit, color & sound

BRIEF

Bones Love Milk, Got Milk?’s campaign, was the name behind the vert competitions at Exposure 2024, the world’s largest women’s skateboarding event. The ask: an event coverage reel and three Instagram stories from a weekend at Encinitas Poods Skate Park, posted to my own feed.

APPROACH

I owned the reel end to end: the concept, script, and shot list, then the shoot, edit, color, and sound. I made it creator-first, setting my camera on a tripod and putting myself in frame, so the event is told through my own eyes as a creator and skater.

It opens on a Bones Love Milk × Exposure title card with me at the coastline, milk in hand — a simple “hi, it’s me” — then moves into the park: through Vendor Village, past the crowds stacked around the bowl, and up to the skaters airing out of the bowl and the vert ramp. Three Instagram stories carried the coverage further.

RESULT

One reel and three stories on my feed that put Bones Love Milk inside the world’s largest women’s skate event through a creator’s point of view — at an event that also raises funds for programs supporting survivors of domestic violence.
